The ground of our Being is a foundational resource that supports and informs us in a myriad of ways, so that we can respond creatively and intelligently in all manner of challenging and even overwhelming circumstances. My aim is to support individuals to embody this ground of being consistently and develop the skills and capacities that derive from here.
